Raul Paulino Noriega Espitia was raised in Bogota, Colombia. Mostly self-taught, he has studied privately with the past decade being mostly spent performing in Asia. He has a great interest in arranging and composition.

Raul traveled to Asia in the early 2000’s, mostly performing with Latin Artists, but then touring with different artists from around the world.

Currently he is the band leader and arranger for resident band at the MGM Macau.
