Tom Guarini, Born March 1992, Somers Point NJ. Resided for 18 yrs in Sea Isle City NJ, a coastal Town on New Jerseys Coast. Attended St. Joseph’s Elementary School, and graduated from Sea Isle City Elementary in 2006 and Charter Tech Performing Arts HS in 2010, were he Majored in Television and Movie Production, were he showed promise as an Actor and Filmmaker. He now resides in Dennis Township NJ. Around the age of 16 he showed an interest in Music, and his Parents bought him a drum set. His Mom recalled seeing him tapping on the dashboard of the car when she had the radio on. He took to the drums immediately, studying at the local music store, and then with renowned Percussionist and Conductor, Marc DiCianni, who is the Dean at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. From his first band, After the Trip, till today with his recently signed band, Abilities, Tom has shown an ability to shine in any musical situation. Having just completed a successful tour of the East Coast, he drives the rhythm section like a freight train. His other interests are surfing, skateboarding and snowboarding. At 22 years old this young musician has shown an ability to listen and learn all aspects of the Musical Genre. As one critic of a South Jersey newspaper said,“This local phenom can drive a band like a locomotive.”
