Scott Fisher
Born in Detroit, MI
Began playing drums at an early age while in Michigan. Grew up tagging along with his father, who was a professional drummer, from gig to gig learning/listening. This inspired Scott to start on his drumming quest. He joined the Air Force in 1985 right out of high school and was stationed at Eglin AFB (1986-1998), Florida for his first assignment. That's where he started playing with some very good established local musicians, which led to playing in numerous cover bands. Was fortunate to hook up with two of the best local musicians he had the privilege to play with in popular band Long Neck Jimmy. Became the house band at a popular beachside club on Okaloosa Island, FL. Recorded a CD with them on Global Records where he also did some session work for other artists on the same label. Also had the opportunity to share the stage with Blackfoot and The Classic Rock All-Stars during this awesome time. From there Scott headed to England for 4 years (1998-2002) where he performed with pub/festival favorites Jimmy Topp. Highlight was performing at the 2002 Thetford Queens Jubilee Celebration. He returned to the states in 2002 and settled down in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, Spokane WA. He was again able to hook up with some incredible local musicians and continued to play in numerous bands, Stranglers of Bombay, No Rules, Not Guilty, Off Limits, Crybaby. Retired from the Air Force in 2006 after 21 great years. Currently playing drums, singing and staying quite busy with My Own Worst Enemy.
