Maximilian comes from a small town called Grandview Heights, Ohio right outside of Columbus. Carryin on the sound of his heroes John Bonham, Bill Ward, Keith Moon and Cozy Powell. Growing up his older brother played drums and that was a spark of desire to play. His brother taught him the basics and fundamentals starting out. He started playing along to some of his favorite artists and bands. Max enjoys playing styles from old Motown all the way to the band Slayer. His most recent project is with a band called GrainFed out of Logan, Ohio (An Appalachian Rock Band).

1) What makes Soultone cymbals different from other brands you have tried? SoulTone is different from any other brands I've used up until now. I just love the handmade Turkish style and I love the clean sounding cymbals they are.

2) What do you love about Soultone Cymbals
- How are they better than other cymbals? More durable since I hit pretty hard.
- Why do you think other drummers should try them? Other drummers should just give them a try and see what they think. From the first time I heard these cymbals from my friend playing them I was amazed how they cut through the mix of a live show.

3) How has Soultone Cymbals helped you as a drummer? SoulTone has helped me get to the next step as far as being an endorsed drummer. People have been coming up to me asking how and why I got endorsed. It really has set me apart here in the Columbus music scene.
How has Soultone Cymbals Artist Relations treated you? They have been really helpful with me as far as communication and I'm excited to be a part of such an amazing team.
