Jeff Anderson
Jeff Anderson is a rock drummer based in Casper, Wyoming. He currently plays in the southern metal band BEASTWOOD and the doom band DRIFTER. Starting in 1999 after his grandmother bought him a Ludwig set for Christmas at the age of 13, he quickly gravitated towards the heavy hitter style of drumming. Citing his influences as and following the stylistic paths of Vinnie Paul (Pantera) and Shannon Larkin (Godsmack/Amen). After playing with a wide array of bands ranging from hardcore, noise, death metal, and metalcore he released his first two albums in 2011. BEASTWOOD's 'Sex Devil' and DRIFTER's 'The Empire Falls'. Shortly after embarking on tours with BEASTWOOD, they entered the studio with Dave Otero (Flatline Audio in Denver, Colorado) to record BEASTWOOD's 2013 sophomore record 'Alabama Space Witch' which received a heavy amount of praise in the southern metal community. Jeff is currently working on new records with both aforementioned bands and personal projects.
