A professional Drummer/Percussionist Born in Panama, raised in Chicago who began his career as a drummer in the church and then at the age of 15 debuted with the great artist/reggaeton icon HECTOR "EL FATHER". Jay has had the privilege of being part of many Latin Grammy and Billboard Award nominated projects with artists such as: (MONCHY Y ALEXANDRA, ORO SOLIDO, DLG, TONY DIZE, RAKIM AND KEN-Y, AND MANY MORE. Jay Molina currently resides in Miami as musical director of many named artists in the Latin music industry such as FULANITO -ANGEL LOPEZ - DLG - ERICK FRANCHESKY - as Timbalero / Drummer on tours around the world.
