G Lyons
G has played in a variety of bands since 1992. At the age of 11 he had his first opputunity to play drums at school, albeit for only a few minutes a week at the end of music class. His first band OUTRAGE played many gigs and with them he recorded his first 5 track demo. His next band DENOVO gave him a break into the vibrant London circuit. Producing three recordings, two of which were recorded on the then ground-breaking pro tools.
His first record deal was signed with band PRIMARY SLAVE in 1999. At this time G was a supported artist by Premier Drums UK. A second album was written and recorded, only to be hit by tragedy when the singer/guitarist was killed in a traffic accident.
2005 saw the release of QUANTUM BIGFOOT's album 'Names is for Tombstones Baby'. Their biggest achievements were playing on the bill of a Kerrang festival, and an appearance on UK TV on the BBC.
G's other releases include,
Cold Red with the band NIOTA. NIOTA took things to a new level by performing in many prestigious London venues. Also at this time he had a trade deal with Craig Fenney (member of the UK band Slade) proprietor of Music Shipping UK.
