Donny Cofer

Donny Cofer has been behind a drumkit for as ling as he can remember. He cut his teeth at the age of 17 in the Oklahoma country music scene honing his skills in various regional acts. Cofer then took his skills to the Blues genre, touring nationally with Scott Keeton and The Deviants, who were signed with the JSP label out of London, England. The band toured the United States opening to such acts as Bo Diddley, Walter Trout. The band had the privilege of being a part of the BB King Blues Fesitval stop in Oklahoma City in 2000.
Cofer now mans the drum chair for Jack Waters and the Unemployed, a Red Dirt band based out of Oklahoma City. The band has been a part of the Mile 0 Fest in Key West, Fla. (2019) and just recently kicked off the inaugural Born and Raised Festival which featured such national recognized acts as ZZTOP, Cody Jinks, and William Clark Greene, just to name a few. The band is currently writing and recording their first full length album.
