I was introduced to the world of drumming at the age of 11 though Westside Church in Bend, Oregon. Playing the djembe and bongos until moving to the kit a year or so later. I began to cultivate my skills until joining my first band at the age of thirteen. I have played 100's of times with my church and former bands A Plea For Silence and At The Harvest. I was able to record an album with both these bands and multiple articles written about us. Over the few years I have developed a love for original, simple, and technical, but smart drumming. I also have a love for creating a unique piece of art with each song I write. I believe that true musical art comes from your life. From every day struggles and triumphs. And from your own beliefs, spoken in your own way.

Some of my current major influences include: Ricky Mazzotta of Mewithoutyou, Darren King of MuteMath, and Dino Campanella of Dredg. I am currently playing for Westside church and playing live for Aj Engstrom and Casey Parnell.
