Hey or Servus as we say in Bavaria. I'm AJ, a drummer based in Munich, Germany.
I used to annoy my mother at an early age by drumming on pots and pans. Sorry mom <3
My first uncoordinated "grooves" on a real drum kit were when I was about 11 years old and
I was immediately hooked. I think I got the passion from my father, who played the drums
himself.
About two years of drum lessons later, I played my first live gig and performed 'Fallen' by
Volbeat.
In 2016, at the age of 18, I replaced the former drummer in "ArschFistGrindBlunt". A band
that is musically somewhere between elements of black metal, rap rock and German
Schlager. Strange, I know. Together we released our debut album "Jung, Brutal & Unrasiert
II" in 2021.
In 2024, together with my longtime musical companions and friends, I founded the band
"Paranoid Lifeline", a band that leans more towards nu metal, alternative, rap metal and
metalcore. Together we hope to release our first material in 2025. Stay tuned!
I'm excited to see where the journey with Soultone will take me!
