Born Dec 9th 1986, I, David DeMeuse first became infatuated with drums after hearing Nirvana’s Smells Like Teen Spirit come blasting onto the radio.

I sat down on the throne at age 13 and it instantly became my passion. I tried to copy what Dave Grohl would do, and I’d like to tell you he was my teacher but I am no doubt self-taught.

By age 17 I had recorded 2 full length albums with plans for a 3rd. I had received credit for most improved drummer by a judge in a battle of the bands contest.

I attended Milwaukee area technical college in 2007 for music occupations and during my time there, I received the award for most dependable. I left college in 2009 and moved back to my hometown of Burlington, Wisconsin and joined The DayRollers. From 2009 to present we have launched into a whirlwind of writing songs, recording albums, performing shows, and producing content for 95.1 wiilrock.

What I enjoy most is writing and creating drums. Performing live is an incredible feeling and entertaining an audience is a tremendous experience.
