Ukeme Enoch

Lyssa and Try-Tones

Ukeme-abasi Enoch, born 27th of February 1999 in Eket, Nigeria.
At the age of 3, Ukeme found his natural gifting to bang the drums which was nurtured by Gospel roots
at his local church. Dedication and enthusiasm have led Ukeme to a career as a drummer in
Gospel, Afro, Pop, and Funk music styles, influenced by artists such as Calvin Rodgers, Carlin
Muccular, and Sean Wright, among others.
As the years passed, Ukeme gained more and more exposure, playing at local churches, with various
solo artists, and choirs. At the age of 17, after graduating from high school, Ukeme was given the
honor of being the first drummer to open the floor and get things started at a newly created
drum festival, which was the first event of its kind in his community. Shortly after, Ukeme moved to
Regina,SK, and got the chance to work as a drummer with "Lyssa and The Try-tones," recording
the band's debut EP "Basement City View."
As of now, Ukeme is working with Lyssa and the try-tones. As a private instructor, He is open to connecting
and working with many more musicians/artists. While in Regina, you may find Ukeme on the
drums at his church, Harvest City Church.
