Todd Cornell-“Snake”

Todd Cornell-“Snake”

Jonathan Todd Cornell – “Snake” – was born and raised in Ringgold, VA. Todd started playing drums at the early age of 4 years old. He got his first set of drums at age 6. Influenced and inspired in music by his father, Todd continues his passion of drumming today. Todd’s interest influenced him to enter local talent shows at school, which led to playing his first outing at local festival in the park at the young age of 9. Drumming was a big part of his life throughout middle school and high school as part of his school’s band. He is well versed in many different genres of music from country, rock, blues and everything in between. Todd has played in several local bands from rock to country and played with Indie artist Tommy Wood. Today, Todd is currently working with high energy country/rock band, Dirt Road Scholars. Not your average country band, DRS members come from an extensive background in music. Todd and DRS have performed with many different acts and as openers for many National artists.
