I grew up in a house where my dad was guitarist and always playing music. When I discovered Metallica at the age of 12 is when my world changed. I wanted to be in a band. I recruited my childhood friend “Cheez” and we started learning songs. That eventually led to us writing our own music, and putting our first album at the age of 15. I played with that band until graduating high school and joining the Marine Corps. I met Luke Caraccioli at MCAS Miramar (former Adema, Rewind Yesterday) and we started a band featuring all US Marines, called Across 5 Years. After leaving the marines I played for Bakersfield band Biotiqua, before rejoining with Luke, and Across 5 Years. After several years of doing session work I joined Band of Family and have enjoyed recording and playing with them since 2018. Recently I was asked to join LA based metal band BabyHateFood, we’ve dropped 2 singles and more on the way.

Visually they are stunning, and they sound amazing. As a Soultone artist it’s important that I can put together a cymbal arrangement that fits my playing versus buying a box set from another manufacturer that’s generic. The cymbals are the highest quality, I literally couldn’t be happier.

As a pro I’m required to to play everything from pop to Djent. If I need a tool I know it’s only a phone call away. The A&R are a great resource to help us get the tools we need to get the job done.
