Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, I was raised in a musical family where I began my first steps as a musician, guided and taught by my father Salvador Santiago, who was a musician himself and an excellent guitarist. My passion for drums and percussion began at the young age of 12. I was an active musician in my middle and high school bands. I attended The Instituto De Música Juan Morel Campos in Ponce, PR.

I have had the fortune to travel and showcase my skills all around the United States, recording in studios and collaborating with countless amazing musicians along the way.
Today, I reside in Milwaukee, WI where I continue to work and travel as an independent musician playing at festivals, concerts, weddings, private parties and work functions. Currently working with artists such as Jose Torres Bachata Band, Latin Sound System Band, Septeto Charambo, Bahia Esemble Band among others. I also play with several worship ministries in the state of WI.
