I started playing drums in 5th grade school band. By the 7th grade I had my first “garage band” project with just drums and a guitarist. I played all throughout high school in concert band, jazz band and marching band. By age 16 I began playing shows in bars and street dance festivals in a cover band called Streetside. After graduating HS I started touring out of Minneapolis, MN with a band called Crashball. We then moved out to Virginia Beach, VA for a few years as well. I’m Currently living in Sioux Falls, SD. I’ve played in a number of regional bands including Wrench, Bad Hamster, KAOS and Two Apples High. My current bands are called Driven and We’re No Angels. I also play in an original recording project called Blond Viper. I also do fill in work from time to time with other local acts.
Influences/Heroes: Vinnie Paul, Neil Peart, Carter Beauford, Dave Grohl, Matt Cameron, Morgan Rose, Chad Smith, Mike Portnoy and Taylor Hawkins.
