Miguel Macias

I’ve been playing the drums since i was 6 years old playing all different styles of music from
Hard Rock to Regional Mexican Music and everything in between. I started out learning from my
father, who taught me the basics of drumming. After learning the basics from my father i started
studying and watching my favorite players like Jeff Pocarro and José Luis Ayala. It’s been a
long road since then, but now im happy to say that I’ve been able to do some real cool things:
I’ve played with Greg Walker ( former singer of Carlos Santana) and Nick St Nicholas (bass
player for Steppenwolf) , I have been able to record drums for Grupo Tentacion on albums, Si
No Vuelvo Mañana , 14 Kilates de Amor Vol 1,2,3.
Now i have been working as a touring musician, i'm currently working for Ventura Ceron y
Projecto Xterno on their tour. I’m excited to bring this project to all of you.
