K.P. Bolden (Koli Pernell Bolden) EXPERIMENTAL NOISE-FREE JAZZ DRUMMER/PERCUSSIONIST/NOISE PRODUCER/METAL VOCALIST
Born and Raised in Detroit, MI.
Based out of Seatac, WA.
Former Metal Frontman from 2001-2021 who picked up the drums at the tender age of 43!
Began practicing Jazz under the guidance of Tacoma, WA Native Saxophonist and Bandleader, Kareem Kandi and got my first couple of gigs with Johnaye Kendrick and Bill Ramsay. Beforehand yet only for a short stint of time, I was under the moniker K.P. Tha Killa Percussionist where I performed improvisational solo percussion pieces with Congas, Roto-Toms, LP StreetCan Floor Toms and other percussion instruments. I also have my own record label called TAINTED NOVELTY MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT, LLC. and is currently working on my solo debut EP titled SONIC CHAOS hoping to release it in the Summer of 2022 or on Christmas of 2022.
