Justin is from the mountains of Eastern KY where metal and hardcore music is not normally thought
of, but that never stopped him from pursuing his dream of touring the world with heavier acts. Justin
spent most of his 20’s being on the road 6-8 months out of the year with his band Dead Icons (Bullet
Tooth Records) endorsing numerous brands from drums, cymbals, heads, and sticks. Today he is more
focused on regional support with his new band (Buried Truth) as well as being a session drummer, while
supporting the brands he is currently endorsing. He has been a Soultone artist since January of 2023 and
is more than proud of the partnership.
