Justin Jones, also known as simply “JJ,” is a Nashville-based artist that hits hard and takes names. He co-founded the band idle threat (Tooth and Nail Records) and provides a rhythmic backbone to the blending of emo, post-hardcore, and punk music. He is certainly committed to fostering community through music and really enjoys connecting with other artists.

Aside from barbecue, all things horror, and the Nashville Predators, Justin is a simple man that loves big, fat drums and smooth, dark cymbals. He believes that you should play what you want and how you want it, hoping to inspire others to do the same.
