Joe Lung – Music Producer / Drummer / DJ / VJ
Joe Lung found his calling when his music career began in 1999, he began as a drummer and start being DJ a few years later.
He resided in Beijing for a year in 2000 playing the local circuit with mainland rocker Cao Bin and has tour with him around Beijing for three months.
Joe Lung’s former projects include “SpaceMonkeys”,“Centaur”, “Sway Dog”,”Exodus” and “In Our Veins”, which earned him exposure at the Hong Kong International Trade and Exhibition Centre,the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, the Queen Elizabeth Stadium , the Hong Kong World Trade Centre and on Hong Kong Commercial Radio.
He formed the“McCadden PLace Collective”(www.mpcollective.com)in 2007, a groovy funky jazz group with a all star lineup, which all the guitarists and bassist are from the “Musicians Institute College of Contemporary Music”at Los Angeles.
He also joined the project of Dominic Chow in 2008, which called the "Dominic's Hardcore Band" .
In 2011, he was invited to perform at the "World Music Festival" in China and "Hong Kong International Jazz Festival".
After that, he stepped in the HK pop music industry, started recording and playing live gigs with pop singers and Jazz players. Endy Chow ,Wing Lo, Karissa Muse, Johnny Boy, to name just a few.
