Jeff Perry, a native of Boston, Ma. started his musical journey at the
ripe age of 4. By the time he reached elementary school, he was already
playing the drums very well, and furthered his playing ability in high
school and on to Alabama State University where he marched as a
member of the Marching Hornets Band. He's a member of Phi Mu Alpha
Sinfonia Professional Music Fraternity Inc. He is also a founding
member of the band Tekneek as well as E-man-u-l. Jeff did his first
professional gig at 16 and has had the privilege of working with some
great artist such as Kirk Franklin, Richard Smallwood, Bob Baldwin,
Marion Meadows, Tramaine Hawkins, Walter Hawkins, Eric Essix, Lee
Greenwood, Bob Baldwin, and The Temptations, just to name a few.
Jeff has also recorded and work for producers like Jerry Peters, Ben
Tankard, Dr. Henry Panion, and Steven Ford, and has played on
several off-Broadway musicals such as, Ain't Misbehaving, Chicago,
Doo-Wop, Dreamgirls, Lady Day at Emerson Grill, Smokey Joe's Cafe,
and RESPECT a tribute to the queen of soul. Jeff is now working on his
first solo album titled Soul which will be released the summer of 2023.
