Harry Silvers is an up-and-coming drummer in the popular
Portland-based band Hippie Death Cult. Despite his young
age, he implements styles from 70s rock and jazz legends to
create a style unique to himself, influencing the heavy rock
scene. Drummers such as, John Bonham, Mitch Mitchell, Joe
Morello, Gene Krupa and Papa Jo Jones are some of his
early influences. Although he has never been formally
trained, his father and great-grandfather taught him from the
age of eight before letting his talent and dedication take him
from there. 
Since joining in January 2023, Hippie Death Cult has allowed
him to showcase his expertise on multiple North American
and European tours. His work can be heard on their recent
album “Helichrysum.”
