I grew up in Branchville, New Jersey. I started playing drums for the school band in 5th grade and I also split the time with sports. Drums won out. After High School I spent two years at West Chester University and played around the Philly area. I also had the opportunity to take lessons from Greg Zeller and, after moving back home, Keith Necessary. In 1995 I moved to Jacksonville, Florida and have been playing regionally ever since.
I have had the opportunity to play with Steve Wheeler, Buzzy Meekins, Dave Hlubek, Randall Hall, Larry Jundstrom, Jim Essery and Banner Thomas to name a few.
After five years in Rosco Caine featuring Steve Wheeler and Banner Thomas, I joined The Emma Moseley Band in 2014 with Sean Sammon from the original Puddle of Mudd and have been drumming with them ever since.
We’ve opened for Ana Popovic, been to SXSW twice and I recorded the band’s second album 949 at the Fidelitorium Studio with Mitch Easter, Producer for REM’s first four albums and John Pfiffner. I’ve also toured around the south for the past 3 years with the band.
