Introducing one of the most talented musician out of the Washington, D.C. Eric Haskins has been playing the drums since the age of 6 and since the age of 12 he has been a working musician. He has been voted one of the best church drummer in the D.C. area on the 93.9 kiss fm sunday morning gospel show in 2001. Eric Haskins is a left handed drummer but he plays open handed and stills plays the ride on the right side. His open handed style his been loved by many of drummers. Eric has played for gospel artists such as Ernest Pugh, Lashun pace Rose, Joe Pace, Karen clark Sheard, Yolanda Adams and many others. He also has sit in with jazz great Cyrus Chestnut and is currently playing with local jazz artist Dee Parker. He also have his own band called the Eric Haskins project and he is currently working on his first album called my city volume 1.
