Darryl Blease

Darryl Blease is a professional drummer based in Los Angeles, California.

Darryl's diverse performance background includes playing with folk legend Arlo Guthrie, several rock bands, live radio, studio recording, public television, classical orchestras, teaching private lessons, and traveling to Havana, Cuba where he performed at the PERCUBA International Percussion Festival.

He currently plays in the band Long Distance Call. Known for it’s energetic live show, Long Distance call has quickly gained substantial momentum in the Hollywood music scene and beyond. The band has been heard on Indie 103.1 FM in Los Angeles and has been favorably reviewed in L.A.'s All Access Magazine. Having played such notable clubs as The Viper Room, The Gig, Whiskey a Go-Go, Troubadour, The Key Club, Dragonfly and Derby, Long Distance Call has garnered interest from major and indie record labels and shows no sign of stopping.
