I’m from a small town Silverton, OR. I have been playing drums pretty much my whole life I started as a young entrepreneur setting my drums up on the street, playing in highschool and working on projects with other musicians. Drums is my outlet and my passion. It has guided me into who I am today. I have a wide range of what influences me and the music I play. From jazz to rock and hip hop to old funk and soul! I love the raw energy and emotion put into music. It could be a certain place, memory or feeling there’s music in everything. As an adult I have collaborated with lots of artists of different styles all across the board. I live in Portland, OR and I like to produce and promote events and shows. I have my own band called Van’s Child. We have played a lot of great shows over the years and have an amazing support group. In addition to all this, Ive been honored to record and perform live with several incredible artists and will continue to grow as a person and a musician! I’m thankful for this life and to be apart of the Soultone Family!
