Christian Mollenhauer is a professional performer, educator and composer based in Southern
Indiana. Christian has played in and for multiple bands and production companies ranging from
small bands and starting artists all the way to large theater productions and stadium
performances. Christian is classically trained in all genres and percussion instruments but
prefers big band swing/ jazz. He has over 10 years educational experience working with award
winning marching bands. Christian currently plays for The Hills Church in Evansville, IN. He
does some freelance work and teaching as well.

Soultone cymbals have a wider variety of customization and options. I find that they’re heavier
and more durable allowing them to last longer.

With the ability to customize the sizes and rivet options it gave me the ability to create a custom
option for our band. It allowed me to create the unique sounds we were looking for as well as
make a better starting point for our in house mix
- Why do you think other drummers should try them?
For years I used name brand cymbals and always felt like I could never find the correct sound or
I couldn’t find a way to find the tones I want with matched volume. And when I did the price point

was extremely outrageous. With soultone I can get what I want for a desirable price and be able
to create the sounds and options I want.

Already Soultone Cymbals has helped me through giving me a great outlet to get the cymbals I
need. Working with our unique circumstances makes it very difficult to find the cymbals we need
and with soultone I was able to acquire exactly what we needed to make our set work. I also
know that whenever we need to adjust or something isn’t working the way it should, they’re just
a call or email away.
I was very nervous beginning an endorsement deal with Soultone but their Artist Relations are
the most patient and understanding people I have ever dealt with. They were always quick to
respond with any questions or concerns I had. They were transparent with everything they were
doing and the amount of grace and patience they gave me while helping me understand what
everything entails was very relieving. Instead of anxiety, I look forward to talking to them
