Brian Doherty, currently the drummer for 'Making Monsters'; a fresh four piece Alternative Metal band from Derry, Northern Ireland, comprised of former members of No Mean City and Hybris, combining big riffs with dirty beats and both melodic and aggressive female vocals.

Their first studio EP was released June 2012 exclusively on Bandcamp; just before they set off on an Irish tour through June and July, since then it has received continuous airplay on various radio shows such as BBC radio 1 Introducing, ATL and Electric Mainline.

November 2012 Making Monsters proudly announced they had signed with Jagermeister UK as their new artists, and exclusively only 1 of 2 Irish acts on the roster, following this they gained attention from many major brands resulting in endorsements with Peavey Electronics, Soultone Cymbals, Ddrum and Ernie Ball.

2013 saw the release of a new single and debut music video "Instinct" on 15/2/2013, they will be playing their first major UK festival; Hammerfest on 15/3/2013 and sharing the bill with Hatebreed and Napalm Death, to name a few.
So far they have supported the likes of Sonic Boom Six, Yashin and Kerrang! awards winners In Case Of Fire.
