Alfonso Prialé

Mamifero / Inundados

He started playing Peruvian cajón at the age of 8. Twelve years later, he had his first contact with a set of drums and that’s where it all began. He took prívate lessons with local teachers, and then in January 2005 he participated in the Jazz Workshop with Hugo Alcázar.

Subsequently, he was a part of Mamífero, a band with which in August 2005 he edited his first album, titled Fixión. With Mamífero, he participated in one of the most important festivals of the medium, Kallpa 2006, alternating with musicians of the stature of Wisin y Yandel, Víctor Manuel, Don Omar, Gianmarco, Pedro Suárez Vértiz, Miranda, among others.

With Rockestra (2006), he had the opportunity to appear in the program Jammin on Plus TV (cable televisión) in a special about Paul McCartney, and to perform at Mochileros Bar, Bosanova, and in the Peruvian-British Cultural Centre as part of a series of conferences on Paul McCartney.

Parallel to these projects, he manages his own recording studio (www.cobiestudios.com), where he has worked with different bands and musicians, such as Camaro, Dios de Salem, La Bruma, Francisco Chirinos, Caballos Perdidos, Dj Lo, Kubrick, GRASP, Hybrida, among others.
