Drummer and Percussionist AlexanderAngel has been playing drums for
over 39 years. His style is a myriad of Southern Rock, Funk, Fusion, Experimental Metal, Prog etc focused taking it to new levels. Throughout his career he has collaborated with dozens of artists of all genres and is excited to incorporate Soultone Cymbals for a new sound. Alexander currently play’s drums for the TOOLish sounding progressive rock band Paths Left Undone. Alexander’s style of drumming comes pretty natural and very unique in technique and polytechnic knowledge along with Drumming theory knowledge stemming from year’s of experience. Alexander’s drumming influences are: Neil Peart RUSH, Bill Bruford YES, KING CRIMSON. Tony Williams, Simmon Philips, Phil Collins, Alex Vanhalen, Artimus Pyle, Mike Portnoy, Gaven Harrison, Carter Boeauford Alexander in the near future will be working on a solo project with Legendary bassist “ Billy Sheehan from such projects as DAVID LEE ROTH, STEVE VAI, MR. BIGG, so stay tuned for this! Alexander’s drumming is from another planet and sets the mind and body always at ease with a since of awe.
