Alejandro Acuña was born in Chicago, Illinois, raised in a suburb “Minooka”. His love for music started at a young age. His father Cesar E. Acuña and his uncle Victor Hugo Acuña formed Los Pasteles Verdes in 1973 in Chimbote, Perü. A very respected Latin pop group most popular in the 1970’s. With music running in the family his father Cesar passed down the love that he had for music to his children. Alejandro’s parents bought him a drum set and his brother Cesar Acuña Jr. a guitar when they were kids. The rest was history. With their love for metal in 2000 Alejandro and his brother Cesar Acuña Jr. started their metal project Devoured by Sinners. Alejandro started off as the vocalist, later switching to drums. DBS went on for 9 years with several lineup changes. Playing countless number of shows along with national acts, Alejandro got a lot of musical experience under his belt during this time.
In 2009, he moved to Orlando Fl and soon after started playing music in Orlando. He joined/started several metal bands along the way. In 2013 he landed a gig with Metropolis Records Artist dark electronic/ Industrial act “Ludovico Technique” In March of 2013 he went on his very first tour. It was a Midwest tour with a few dates in Canada. It was the Empath tour with Seattle based EDM Metropolis Records artist “God Module” LT co-headlined every show. Several months later LT played Triton Festival in New York City along with artists like Psyclon Nine, Combichrist, Dawn of Ashes, Nachtmahr, Faderhead, The Birthday Massacre, Grendel etc... Currently Alejandro is in three bands. He joined Orlando based dark electro/industrial act “13th Angel” with Jen Draven and Evan Mitchell in February, 2018. In April 2018 he joined Evan M. in his other band industrial metal act “Machines on Blast” as a fill in but soon after became a permanent member.
