Almost a year after launching my crowdfunding campaign, I am pleased to introduce you to the musicians who participated in the recording of my upcoming album.
The album titled Longue Distance is scheduled for release on January 21st, 2022. It will be available on all digital platforms and in physical CD format.
The album features 7 original compositions, arranged by Michael Berard and Billy Kerr, and two covers, by Frank Zappa and Charles Farnbrough.
To carry out this project, I enlisted the participation of talented musicians, including trumpeter Aron Doyle, saxophonists Billy Kerr and Shawn Rinkenbach, trombonist Richard Gagnon, pianist John Sadowy, guitarist Mike Berard and bassists Dave Watts, Serge Agosh-Koff and John Gavita. Several European guests also contributed to the project, including French guitarist Bernard Égreteau and Czech bassist Ivča Kejzlarová.
In addition to this highly talented team, the album features on a few songs a guest soloist of international stature whose name will be unveiled on launch day.
