In the mid 1990s, Ben played in power metal outfit Hamyzfear and nu-metal quartet Source of Raw Energy in Singapore.
After moving to the U.S., he played in thrash metal band Hammerstroke (2003-2004) in Pennsylvania, death metal band Phlebotomy (2005-2006) and black metal band Lightning Swords of Death (2006-2008), thrash metal bands Reog (2009) and Megalithica (2009), as well as pop rock outfit Tea Wolf (2006-2009) and X-Rated (2009), in California.
Ben currently plays for death metal band All Gods Kill.
